What causes soffit and fascia damage?
Most often water: clogged or missing gutters, roof leaks at the edge, or paint that has failed in the Texas sun. Pests and age do the rest. We look for the cause so the repair lasts.
Do you replace just the damaged boards or the whole run?
Usually just the damaged sections, cut back to sound wood and matched to the existing profile. If most of a run is failing, we will show you why replacing it makes more sense.
Can you match my existing paint color?
Yes. We prime new wood and paint it to match, or repaint the whole run for an even finish.
Do soffit and fascia repairs need a permit?
Like-for-like repairs usually do not, but it depends on the scope and your address. We confirm before we start.
Do you also repair siding and trim?
