Drywall, carpentry and home repairs in San Antonio

Not every project is a full remodel. We take on the repairs and improvements that keep a home in good shape: drywall, carpentry, doors and trim, built-ins, decks and fences, with the same written scope and care we bring to bigger jobs.

General contractor services questions

What does a general contractor do?

A general contractor plans, schedules and builds a construction project and is your single point of contact. Royal Clover handles the general-construction work itself, from framing and drywall to trim and finishes.

Are you licensed?

Texas does not issue a state general contractor license. Royal Clover LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work, when a project needs it, is performed and permitted by properly licensed trade contractors.

Do you take small jobs?

Yes. Drywall patches, door and trim work, and similar projects are welcome. Grouping several items into one visit is the most cost-effective way to get them done.

Do you build decks, pergolas and fences?

Yes. We build decks, pergolas, patio covers, fences and gates, and we check permit and HOA rules before we start.
