Where do I start with a home remodel?
Start with a walkthrough. Tell us what is not working, what you want to keep and your budget range. We turn that into a written scope you can review before anything is decided.
Can you remodel while we live in the house?
Usually, yes. We plan the work in phases, keep a clean path through the house and protect the rooms we are not working in.
Can you open up a wall between the kitchen and living room?
Often. A structural engineer confirms whether the wall carries load and specifies any beam, and the change is permitted and inspected before we close it up.
What about electrical, plumbing and HVAC in a remodel?
Royal Clover handles the general-construction work. When a remodel needs electrical, plumbing or HVAC changes, that work is performed and permitted by properly licensed trade contractors, and we schedule our work around it.
How long does a home remodel take?
It depends on the scope. A single room can take a few weeks; a multi-room remodel with permits and inspections takes longer. Your written estimate includes a schedule.
